Overseeing the great scenery of Uganda in the great mountains there are some places you will not find anywhere else apart from Uganda. Riding through beautiful nature and friendly local people. This trip will start from Fort Portal also dubbed the “Tourism City of Uganda”. Lying on the edge of Uganda’s equatorial rainforest, this area code is an enchanting land full of crater lakes, grassland, tea plantations, forests, and mountain ranges. It also involves a close encounter with wildlife. There is also an opportunity of exploring the different National parks of Uganda like the Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is one of Uganda’s largest national parks with a high biodiversity range, and Lake Mburo National Park, known for zebras.

DAY 1: WELCOME TO UGANDA
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport, ready to take you to your lodging where you will spend your night. Depending on your arrival time, there are lots of exciting activities to do in Kampala/Entebbe, like visiting the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, Reptile Village, or even a Kampala city tour.

DAY 2: RIDE ACROSS LAKE VICTORIA.
In the morning, after breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to beach house gardens, take a boat that will transfer you to the starting point, and do a ride of 45km to the Sezibwa waterfalls. These spectacular waterfalls are believed to have been born by humans a hundred years ago. This ride to the waterfalls will be the warm-up for your mountain bike trip to Uganda, riding on the peninsular of lake victoria. When you get to the falls, you will have your bikes on top of the Vans, hop in and go for lunch and then transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 3: RIDE TO SSEZIBWA WATERFALLS.
In the morning, after breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to beach house gardens, take a boat that will transfer you to the starting point, and do a ride of 45km to the Sezibwa waterfalls. DAY 4: TRANSFER TO FORT PORTAL AND AFTERNOON RIDE
You will be transferred to Fort Portal a journey that will last about 6 hours. You will of course have some stopovers and the main one in Mubende town which is half the journey. Fort Portal was dubbed the “Tourism City of Uganda”. Lying on the edge of Uganda’s equatorial rainforest, this area code is an enchanting land full of crater lakes, grassland, tea plantations, forests, and mountain ranges. You will do an afternoon ride of 25km while seeing Rwenzori ranges and interacting with the local people as well.

DAY 5: RIDE AROUND FORT PORTAL
Set off for a long day cycling, expected to cover up to 55kms. Today, you will cover different areas in and around Fort Portal tourism city. While cycling, you will have a breathtaking view of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, riding around the crater lakes.

DAY 6: RIDE AND TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH FOR AN AFTERNOON BOAT SAFARI
Have a ride of 45km where you will be riding around crater lakes, and views of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, and also discover the daily lifestyle of the locals. You will have lunch and then be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National for the afternoon boat safari in the Kazinga channel where you will discover different bird species including migrants, wild animals like elephants, buffalos, and the banks of the Channel as crocodiles and hippos will be swimming in the waters. DAY 7: GAME SAFARI AND CHIMPANZEE TREKKING
Begin the day early in the morning with a game drive where you will search for early raisers such as lions, spotted hyenas, leopards, and much more. Other wild animals that won’t be missed include elephants, warthogs, antelopes like the Uganda kobs, buffalos, and much more.
The game drive will last for 2 to 3 hours and then break lunch followed by a transfer to Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee trekking. Begin with a briefing and then head to the forest to start a search which will last for about 2 to 4 hours. On finding a group of chimpanzees, you will spend an hour in the presence of chimpanzees. Take a moment to capture photos and record videos that will create everlasting memories.

DAY 8: TRANSFER TO LAKE MBURO NP AND AFTERNOON RIDE
Have a great morning as you take breakfast which will be followed by a transfer to Lake Mburo National Park the smallest savannah national park in Uganda. The park has amazing features and attractions that range from bird species to wild animals.
You will be welcomed by impalas, long-horned cattle, zebras, and warthogs that will be thrilling in the park. Arrive and do an afternoon ride of a distance of 25km on the borders of the park while enjoying the untouched nature such as impalas, zebras, warthog, and much more. Different birds will be spotted and these will be a great way to adventure as you ride alongside the different wildlife.

DAY 9: ANOTHER RIDE AND TRANSFER TO KAMPALA
You will do a ride inside the park and there are still lots of chances to spot wildlife. After the ride, you will come back for lunch and then will be transferred back to Kampala but on the way, you will have a stop at the Equator for souvenirs and also for more pictures. Included

DAY 10: KAMPALA CITY TOUR AND DEPARTURE
Rise early in the morning, and set off for the city tour in Kampala you have many places worth visiting. The key areas to explore during the city tour in Kampala include Kasubi tombs, National Museum, the Baha’i temple, craft markets, and more. After, drive to Entebbe airport for departure.
