3 Days Lake Mburo Cycling Safari

Tour Details

Experience the best of Lake Mburo National Park, home to the largest herds of impalas and zebras. Nature loves bicycles because no harm comes from bicycles. And yes, cycling while viewing some of Uganda’s finest wildlife species sounds fun, but how about cycling between these fascinating creatures, just you, your bikes, and the animals, and the national park for you to explore, the first day constitutes a drive to Lake Mburo National Park, a cycling tour along the border of the National Park on the second, and a cycling safari inside the national park on the third, as you ride along with zebras, waterbucks, warthogs, and the Ugandan kobs.

DAY 1: TRANSFER TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK AND AFTERNOON RIDE
After a filling breakfast, all roads will lead to Uganda’s smallest park which is known for Zebras – Lake Mburo National Park. This route offers you a great opportunity to have a stopover at the Equator, which not only serves as a great spot for photos but an opportunity for a quick stretch. After some afternoon refreshments and check-ins, we explore this wild land on two wheels.
The afternoon ride on the borders of the park while viewing some of the fascinating wildlife like zebras, Ugandan kobs, and hard-to-miss warthogs is an experience like no other.

DAY 2: RIDE ON THE BORDERS OF THE PARK AND NIGHT GAME SAFARI
A longer ride on the borders of the park is a guarantee of seeing a more spectacular range of wildlife. After this exhilarating adventure, you get some chill in the afternoon – reading a book perhaps or getting lost in the wonders of nature, as you gear up for yet another exciting activity – a night game safari to see more wildlife. The main focus of the night game safari is to see the nocturnals; leopards, hyenas, bush babies, and many more.

DAY 3: RIDE INSIDE THE PARK/ BACK TO KAMPALA
You will do a ride inside the park and there are still lots of chances to spot wildlife. After the ride, you will come back for lunch and then will be transferred back to Kampala but on the way, you will have a stop at the Equator for souvenirs also for more pictures.
